1. Licensed Operator Information
All tourist transport and tour coordination services are officially operated by Alo Khaldi Saida Tours, a legally registered and licensed Moroccan Transport Touristique company headquartered in Marrakech (License No. Transport Touristique Marrakech). Morocco Trip Lines operates exclusively as our online booking brand. All vehicles in our fleet carry comprehensive commercial passenger insurance, authorized tourist transit permits, and are maintained to rigorous safety standards.
2. Deposit Requirements & Payment Policy
To confirm and lock in your private transport reservation, a modest deposit of 20% to 30% of the total quote is required upon booking confirmation. This initial down payment guarantees vehicle allocation, dedicated driver-guide scheduling, and route reservation. Payment of the deposit can be made securely via international bank wire transfer, credit card link, or Western Union.
The remaining balance of your private tour is payable upon arrival in Morocco directly to your coordinator or driver in cash (Moroccan Dirhams, Euros, or US Dollars) prior to tour departure, or settled via bank transfer beforehand.
3. Cancellation Timelines & Refund Policy
We recognize that unexpected events may disrupt international travel plans. Our cancellation policy and refund timeline are clear, transparent, and fair:
- 15 or more days before departure: 100% full refund of your deposit, minus standard banking processing fees.
- 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% refund of your deposit, or 100% credit applied toward any future travel dates within 12 months.
- Fewer than 7 days before departure: The deposit is non-refundable due to dedicated vehicle lock-in and driver allocation commitments.
- Free Date Adjustments: You may adjust or postpone your travel dates free of charge up to 72 hours before pickup, subject to fleet availability.
4. Weather, Road Conditions & Force Majeure Policy
Traveler safety and comfort are our absolute highest priorities. In cases of extreme weather conditions, High Atlas mountain pass closures (such as winter snow conditions on the Tizi n’Tichka pass or Tizi n’Test), desert flash flooding, sandstorms, road damage, or unforeseen force majeure events outside our control, our expert drivers will propose alternative safe routing in full consultation with you.
If a tour cannot proceed or must be truncated due to official road authorities closing routes or force majeure circumstances, all unperformed transport days will be fully refunded or credited at your option.
5. Private Transport-Only Model & Accommodations
Morocco Trip Lines operates strictly on an authentic private transport-only model. All prices include your private air-conditioned vehicle, dedicated professional English/French-speaking driver-guide, fuel, highway tolls, parking fees, and vehicle commercial transport insurance. Clients have complete freedom to choose, book, and pay for their own preferred hotels, riads, and Sahara desert camps according to their personal budget and taste. We gladly provide transparent, honest camp and riad recommendations upon request.
