You have the total freedom to choose and book your own hotels, riads, and desert camps directly at real market rates with zero agency markups or hidden fees.
How do I choose and book my desert camps and hotels?
You can book your accommodations directly through trusted platforms like Booking.com, Airbnb, or directly with the desert camps. Desert stays range from authentic standard nomad bivouacs (€30–€60/night) to upgraded comfort camps with private en-suite flush bathrooms and hot showers (€120–€250+/night). We provide curated lists of tested, reputable properties along every route, and your driver-guide takes care of all daily door-to-door coordination and dune luggage transfers.
What is included in the private tour rate?
Your quoted private tour rate includes exclusive use of your private vehicle, professional driver-guide services, fuel for the entire itinerary, highway tolls, parking fees, and door-to-door airport or hotel pickups. It does not include personal accommodations, lunches, entrance fees to monuments, or discretionary tips. This transparent structure ensures you only pay for what you use, without inflated bundled packages.
Can you help us choose authentic camps and riads?
Absolutely! We are born and raised in Morocco and know the best accommodations in every region. Once you share your travel dates and route, we will gladly send you honest, vetted recommendations tailored to your style—whether you seek a peaceful traditional riad in the medina or an intimate Sahara desert camp with sunset dune views. You book directly to keep full control over your reservations.
What is the booking and confirmation process?
Booking is simple and transparent. After you select your route or request a custom itinerary, we confirm your private vehicle and driver-guide availability and send you a detailed quote. A modest deposit confirms your reservation, with the balance payable in cash (EUR or MAD) upon arrival. We stay in close communication via WhatsApp (+212 668-830065) from your first enquiry until your final drop-off.
What should I pack for the Sahara Desert?
Pack layers, as desert temperatures fluctuate significantly between day and night. Essential items include sunglasses, a sun hat or traditional cheche scarf, sunscreen, comfortable walking shoes or sandals, a warm fleece or jacket for chilly desert evenings, and a portable power bank for cameras and phones. Your main luggage stays securely in the vehicle while you enjoy camel treks or 4×4 dune rides.
