6. Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by the Client- More than 7 days before the scheduled service date: Cancellation is free, and you will receive a full refund.
- Between 3 and 7 days before the scheduled service date: Cancellation fees equivalent to 30% of the total booking amount will be applied.
- Less than 3 days before the scheduled service date: No refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation by Our Company
If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions, technical problems, or other unexpected situations), we will offer:
- An equivalent replacement service.
- A full refund of the amount paid.
3. Booking Modifications
- Any changes to your booking (e.g., change of date or time) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
- Modification fees may apply depending on the circumstances.
4. No-Show
- If the client fails to show up at the agreed time and location, no refund will be issued.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days using the same payment method used for the booking.
7. Terms and Conditions Updates
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the website. We encourage you to review them regularly.8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
